City Assessor

The City of Fort Atkinson contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants for assessment services. Associated provides an assessment of real estate and personal property for all taxable properties in the City. The primary function of assessing is to assure fair and equitable assessments based on the estimated market values as of January 1st each year.
